Join local business, nonprofit, civic, school, healthcare, volunteer, and community leaders for a full-day Leadership, Teamwork and Community Building Workshop designed to strengthen individuals, organizations, and the broader Crosby–Ironton–Cuyuna community.
This practical, interactive workshop will focus on how we show up as leaders, how we work with others, and how we build a stronger community together. Participants will complete a DiSC assessment before the workshop and use it throughout the day to better understand themselves, communicate across different styles, improve teamwork, and strengthen collaboration.
The workshop will include small-group discussions, leadership reflection, teamwork exercises, community-building conversations, and a unique learning experience at the Soo Line Depot Museum, where participants will explore local history for insights that can support positive community growth today. The experience is focused on local business, nonprofit, civic, school, healthcare, volunteer, and community leaders for a full-day Leadership, Teamwork and Community Building Workshop designed to strengthen individuals, organizations, and the broader Cuyuna Area community.
WE HAVE LIMITED SEATING FOR THIS WORKSHOP. If registration exceeds capacity, some participants may be placed on a WAITING LIST. If the waiting list becomes large enough, we will create another training to accommodate everyone.
