Fill in what you know about the property — address, asking price and your contact information are required; everything else is optional but helps buyers. Write the description in your own words and use your own photos (up to 20). Please don't copy text or photos from an MLS listing or another site.

Here's how it works:

1. Submit the form. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
2. The REP Team reviews the listing, usually within a business day, and emails you when it's live.
3. Listings stay up for 14 days. Three days before it expires you'll get an email with a one-click link to keep it listed for another 14. If it's sold or you don't renew, it comes down automatically.

Buyers contact you directly. The REP Team does not act as your agent or negotiate on your behalf through this directory. If you'd like help pricing, showing or negotiating, that's a separate conversation — we're glad to have it.
